This is an example of a Contact Page where the structure is the same for all registered users.
User must fill all required fields (*).
- Subject: indicates a specific topic (optional)
- Name (optional)
- Surname (optional)
- Email: a valid email address is required also for an eventual reply (required)
- Comment: poster must indicate the reason why is contacting the registered user (required)
- Code: verification code to avoid spamming (required)
After Submit, data are sent to the registered user. Once received, registered user can optionally reply to the email address indicated.
Please note that any contact form data is not stored on this site
Why Contact Page?
The primary reason to use a contact page is to hide the email address (for different reason) but the need to be contacted.
